Buying or Selling a Home - See us First
Make sure you don't sign a contract that you will later regret.
Every week without fail we speak to several clients who have signed a contract that has got them into hot water. From timing and funding issues, to GST issues, to signing contracts in their own name instead of as trustees of their family trust we regularly have people that say to us "I really should have spoken to you first - shouldn't I". Unfortunately, it often costs them a lot more as we are required to dig them out of the hole they have put themselves into.
Don't become another person who wishes they had taken our advice before selling or buying. Ring us for a quick chat at the time you list or when you start looking at properties. Don't wait until you find the house you want because you wont have time to ring us when you do - you'll be wanting to put that offer in as soon as possible.
Giving us a quick ring beforehand will cost you nothing and you might save yourself a lot of trouble.
