Catherine joined CLPB in late August 2007 as Financial Manager, a newly created position with a range of duties encompassing both the firm's Trust Account and Nominee Company.
Catherine completed a Batchelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting and Audit, in 2001 and subsequently worked for six years in the audit department of a large Chartered Accountancy practice in Christchurch, subsequently becoming an Associate Chartered Accountant during 2008. She has experience in a number of specialist-knowledge areas, including trust account and nominee company rules and regulations.
In Catherine's spare time she enjoys spending time with her and her partner's children, following their sporting and artistic achievements with interest. She also enjoys watching movies, travelling generally and has an interest in performance cars and drag racing (in complete contradiction to traditional accounting values!).
