  • Franchising and Intellectual Property Law - in relation to the protection of IP rights several of our solicitors have developed significant expertise whilst members of our Civil Litigation team have considerable experience in prosecuting claims for the infringement of intellectual property rights;
  • Banking and Finance Law (including advice relating to the taking and giving of security, the enforcement of creditors rights and insolvency law in general). Clients in this area include a number of national (as well as local) finance companies and building societies who we advise on a significant portion of their lending activities.

In addition to the finance companies and building societies which we have referred to above, clients in these areas range from SMEs (including a number of technology based and entrepreneurial companies) through to large national businesses.
