Jen worked for several years in a national firm in Christchurch before spending several years in Hong Kong and then returning to Christchurch to join our firm in 2004.
Jen’s practice includes a broad range of commercial/property matters and she acts for numerous large clients of the firm in relation to their developments and property affairs. She also deals with sale and purchase of businesses
Jen also provides specialist advice in relation to company matters including shareholder agreements and company structures and shares acquisition/disposals.
Jen is a positive outgoing friendly person who, as a working mother, is incredibly organised and efficient in the completion of her daily tasks. Her colleagues and clients love working with her.
In her spare time Jen enjoys running, mountain biking, cooking and spending time with the family.
