A specialist at business planning and business succession advice Jim has spent more than 30 years as a partner of our firm assisting clients by providing succinct, accurate, timely advice on how to best manage their affairs.
As part of Jim’s general business practice he acts for clients in the sale and purchase of business, joint ventures, franchising and restructuring areas.
