Julian joined Cavell Leitch Law as a graduate solicitor in 1992 and was a highly successful commercial and property lawyer before taking on the management of the firm in a full time role in 2001.
As Managing Partner his role is to oversee the delivery of the firm’s key objectives of quality advice, awesome service and continuous incremental improvements.
Julian has a hands-on personable management style and works with his fellow team members to achieve changes in systems, behaviours and results. He sets out his goal in leading the firm as being:
“To make sure that the firm improves its methods of operating so as to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, team member role fulfilment and overall performance of the firm at levels beyond original expectation. This requires regular changes to how we work as a management team and as individuals. It is the only way that we can guarantee satisfied clients and organic growth.
The success of our firm has been built upon establishing outstanding relationships with our clients whereby they trust and rely on our advice implicitly and involve us instrumentally as partners in making their business and personal decisions.
