Mark is an experienced litigator. Since becoming a solicitor in 1990 he has worked as a solicitor for a major national law firm, the former Ministry of Fisheries and the NZ Army.
At the former Ministry of Fisheries, Mark rose through the ranks before becoming the Minstry's senior lawyer. He joined Cavell Leitch Law in 2011 after returning to live in Christchurch.
Because of his unique employment history, Mark has considerable experience in commercial, criminal, fisheries and military litigation.
