Mary was born in Scotland and moved to New Zealand with her husband Laurie almost thirty years ago. She has been an integral member of Cavell Leitch team since 1977 where her energetic caring nature makes her a true star performer !!!
Mary specialises in Commercial and Residential Law and has a particular expertise in property subdivisions. She has carried out literally hundreds of subdivisions throughout New Zealand during her career to date and many of these have been extremely high profile.
She is recognised by her peers as an authority in nearly all aspects of property transactions and she has a large client base that completely relies on her for their legal financing, development or transactional property needs.
Mary has an adult son and when she is not at work she enjoys spending time reading fictional novels, gardening, attending the gym, socialising and taking her German Shepherd Dog “Axil Rose” for long walks.
