Having joined Cavell Leitch from the Ministry of Works in 1973 Michael has developed a broad and varied practice with an unwavering attitude towards client service and satisfaction.
He has been involved in many substantial land subdivision projects throughout the south island for a multitude of different clients and is a genuine expert in relation to all matters relating to property law.
He has acted for Rest home and Retirement Village developments and operators for over two decades and has been instrumental in those operators understanding the constant changes to the laws that have affected their businesses over that period.
He has extensive involvement in High Country and Crown Land Tenure matters and has acted for major National companies in relation to Resource Management applications and other issues.
