Since its inception, our firm has fostered a growth of partners from within the firm and we are the only firm in the South Island to have reached our size and level of success without being the result of a merger of two or more other partnerships.

This stability is important to our firm as it enables our clients to deal with us confidently, knowing that not only are we here for them today but that we will also be here for them tomorrow when they need us.

At every stage of every employment and promotion of every person within our firm the fundamental question is asked: "Does this person support the core objectives and values of our firm and add positively to the experience of other staff and clients?" Unless the answer is "yes", there is no way forward for that person in our organisation.
