• reviewing your existing succession plan and assessing its relevance to your present personal and family circumstances, including a review of ownership structures (including companies, partnerships and trusts), your wills and enduring powers of attorney

• updating your existing succession plan and recommending appropriate changes after consultation with you and your other professional advisers

• implementing changes to your succession plan as agreed with you and your other professional advisers

• putting in place a regular review process to ensure that your succession plan remains relevant to your circumstances

• if you don’t already have a succession plan, establishing such a plan and putting in place a regular review process for your plan
