Our
Trust Implementation
Expertise
After the assessment, design & review stage has been completed, we move to implement the trust. This involves drafting the required trust documents to fit our clients' objectives.
It includes all of the peripheral documentation required to ensure the trust structure is workable and effective in achieving long term goals.
The implementation phase includes:
-
Drafting of tailored family/trading/charitable trusts including consideration of final beneficiaries and protectors.
-
Creation of associated documents such as property relationship agreements, memoranda of wishes, wills and powers of attorney.
-
Identification of wider issues such as parents leaving their assets to a trust rather than to a beneficiary personally.
