Kendal is an Associate in the dispute resolution team. Kendal oversees the employment work and assists the wider team with civil litigation matters.

Kendal advises on all matter of workplace issues, including employee management, personal grievances, restructures and redundancies, privacy and human rights matters, health and safety, employment agreements and policies, independent contractor arrangements and obligations to employees on the sale or purchase of a business. Kendal also assists with civil litigation matters, including debt recovery.

Kendal regularly works with employers, executives and human resource managers. She has appeared in the District Court, High Court, the Employment Relations Authority and at mediation on behalf of clients. Kendal presents seminars and training sessions often, and enjoys keeping clients updated on the latest changes to avoid problems down the line.
