Mike acts for a broad range of property investors and developers on all aspects of property, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, subdivisions, commercial developments and property finance.

Mike has previously been a commercial property lender for BNZ, and a partner in the banking practice of a national law firm with a particular focus on property finance. Consequently, Mike has a unique understanding of the commercial property finance market, which helps him to guide his clients through the increasingly challenging property finance waters.
