Natalie first joined Cavell Leitch in 2002 as a legal secretary and qualified as a Legal Executive in 2008.  Natalie works in the Property team which specialises in residential, commercial and rural property work. Her role as manager of this team is a varied one that ranges from organising networking and marketing events to assisting with the professional development of team members, their wellbeing and the general day-to-day running of the team itself.

Natalie is also an active member of the CDHB Child Health Advisory Council and other sub groups of this council.
