Kimberley comes from a support services background having held a range of roles across not for profit, Government and private sector business, including working as a Community Advisor for the Department of Internal Affairs supporting community organisations to deliver their vision and achieve their purpose.
Kimberley cares about people and that is what drives her to support our staff to be the best version of themselves through the likes of fitting the right people into the right role, identifying training and development opportunities to support their growth, and having an active role in keeping staff healthy, safe, and engaged at work.

Kimberley is also a creative thinker, and this is why she is involved in assisting the firm and strategy teams to deliver on its long-term goals and vision. She also thrives off getting involved in project work and coming up with creative solutions to ensure the service we deliver to our clients’ is the best it can be.
Kimberley is a member of HRNZ and is qualified in Psychometric Test Administration and Interpretation.
