Our firm acts for real estate companies and individual professionals who face an actual or potential complaint under the provisions of the Real Estate Agents Authority.


We act for a number of high profile real estate companies and are on the panel of several insurance companies who recommend us to their clients for representation.  If you or one of your agents are facing a potential complaint then you will be able to request our team be appointed to act for you or your company.


REAA Complaints are very stressful for those involved.  Because of this it is crucial that you act quickly.  If you believe a complaint may be imminent then contact us immediately for advice so that we can assist you to formulate an approach which prevents the complaint if possible.

If a complaint has already been made then our team will work with you to manage the process and reduce the stress and impact as much as possible.  We are experts in the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 and the Professional Conduct and Client Care Rules and can quickly interpret these for you and let you know where you stand.


Our team has successfully assisted real estate professionals in a significant number of complaints and has a comprehensive knowledge of the workings of both the Complaints Assessment Committee and the Real Estate Agents Disciplinary Tribunal.
