Stacey is a member of our business team acting in a range of legal matters including advice on general commercial agreements, preparation of shareholder agreements and finance arrangements. She has a particular interest in retirement villages, advising Villages and prospective residents.
Stacey has a strong background in commercial law, including property and banking and enjoys the challenge of complex transactions, whilst working to deliver practical, pragmatic advice to clients.
Stacey works part time until 2.30pm on Monday and Thursday and until 4.30pm Tuesday and Friday.
I have worked at Cavell Leitch for a number of years. I enjoy the variety of projects that I am involved in and working with our clients to achieve their objectives. Working at Cavell Leitch allows me to pursue a fulfilling career, yet balance this with my family life.
