We have a vacancy for a 2+ year PQE Solicitor in our highly respected Relationships/Family Law practice. You will be exposed to an exciting mix of family law including child care, family violence and relationship property work. In this role you will be expected to have the following experience and skills.
Experience and understanding of childcare, family violence and relationship property work or a high aptitude and passion to learn and develop in this area of law.
Recent court experience particularly in childcare (ideally to hearing level).
Up-to-date knowledge of childcare and the Family Justice System, FDR and the process for resolving child care disputes.
Some basic knowledge of trusts and the interplay with relationship property.
Experience and knowledge in the area of family violence.
Ability to draft documents under Family Violence legislation, Care of Children Act and Property legislation.

Having a great sense of humour and being relatable to your team mates during usually busy work days will also help you to become a core part of the Relationships/Family Law team.
