Ann Maria is a Principal in the property team with over 20 years of experience in property law both in New Zealand and the Republic of Ireland.
Ann Maria acts on a broad range of legal matters with an emphasis on commercial property transactions. Her practice covers an extensive range of commercial/property matters, including the sale and purchase of commercial property, acquisition and sale of businesses, commercial leasing and refinancing.
Ann Maria has also developed expertise and has a special interest in land development, including subdivisions, unit title developments and cross-lease corrections and conversions.
