We will assist you with the entire subdivision process from

- Liaising with your surveyor, engineer, planner, and the Council to obtain the subdivision consent, utilising our in-house resource management experts
- Preparing the legal documents and terms so that you meet the Council’s consent requirements
- Arranging for the smooth issue of the new titles
- Selling down the subsequent sections to purchasers
Sales off the plans
Once we’ve completed the subdivision of your land, our team of experts will then help you complete the on-sale of the new titles to your purchasers, including preparing the sale contracts and dealing with any issues which pop up along the way.
