Ann Maria is a Partner in our Property Team with 20 years experience in property law both in New Zealand and the Republic of Ireland. She acts in broad range of legal matters with an emphasis on commercial property transactions. Her practice includes a broad range of commercial/property matters including the sale and purchase of commercial properties, acquisitions and sale of businesses, commercial leasing and refinancing.
She has also developed expertise and has a special interest in land developments including subdivisions and cross lease corrections and conversions.
Ann-Maria is enthusiastic and organised in her approach to her work. She enjoys working collaboratively with her clients to achieve practical solutions to the issues they face in the changing environment of post quake Christchurch, while providing excellent service and cost effective legal advice.
Ann-Maria works part time from 9am until 2pm, Monday to Friday.
