Our construction litigation experience includes extensive advocacy before the Courts, in arbitrations and in special tribunals including the Weathertight Homes Tribunal.

We have represented clients in adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act 2002 and have acted in cases that have influenced New Zealand construction law; for example Bills v Arnold Jensen (2005) Limited (High Court, Christchurch CIV-2008-409-1349, 10/10/08, Fogarty J).
