Brittany is a dedicated family lawyer at Cavell Leitch, specializing in relationship property, contracting out agreements, and estates. Brittany is committed to delivering tailored, high-quality legal advice. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation, ensuring they have a clear grasp of their legal standing and the next steps to take.
After graduating from the University of Otago in 2022, Brittany began her legal career in Dunedin before relocating to Christchurch to join the Cavell Leitch Relationships Team. She works closely with Anna Bodman, Amanda Fitzgibbon, and Penny Henderson on various aspects of family law.
Brittany takes a compassionate and pragmatic approach, ensuring clients feel heard and supported during significant life transitions. She prioritises clear communication, helping individuals understand their legal standing and confidently take the next steps.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring all that Christchurch has to offer, catching up with friends over coffee, staying active on local walking tracks and attending Pilates classes. Her focus on balance in life allows her to be attentive and effective in supporting her clients.
