Emma’s role involves advising and representing on all aspects of dispute resolution, including negotiations, and filing of court proceedings.

Prior to joining Cavell Leitch, Emma worked in the justice sector for three years in case management and management positions, with a focus on resource management and civil litigation.

Emma is passionate about civil litigation and helping private and commercial clients achieve the best possible outcome in their individual cases.
