Greer is our Experience Co-ordinator and her role is to ensure our clients and staff are getting the best out of their relationship with Cavell Leitch.
Greer works closely with our Culture and Experience Partner to ensure our clients are getting the best possible care. She also assists the Cavell Leitch Board and General Manager and works with the Quality Assurance and Trust Manager in helping to manage our statutory obligations.
Greer believes that great communication is the keystone to our clients’ experience. She is always on the lookout for ways we can improve and refine our processes to empower our people to best help our clients.
