Kimberlee specialises in all matters relating to the planning, administration, and management of trusts and estates. This includes structuring your affairs to ensure that you can achieve your goals and protect the things that are important to you.

She provides advice on all aspects of trusts including the establishment and administration of trusts, trustees’ duties, resettlement of trusts and ensuring that your trust is fit for purpose under the Trusts Act 2019.

Kimberlee is here to assist you with Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and family and succession matters. She will tailor her approach to you and your family’s needs. Kimberlee prides herself on providing you with practical advice that you can understand.

"In my area of law, we deal with the tough questions and engaging a lawyer to talk about the future can be a daunting task. My goal is to make the process as painless as possible and provide you with practical solutions.

I like to empower my clients by giving them clear advice so that they can make informed decisions. I try to leave legal jargon at the door so we can find the solution that is right for you."

Kimberlee has been a member of the Cavell Leitch team since 2011 and originally specialised in property law before moving to our Trusts and Estates team in 2016. Having a background in property law means she is able to think through a range of aspects that may arise during the course of a transaction and look at the big picture for her clients.
