He specialises in advising a range of SMEs and larger clients (including listed companies) on business acquisitions and disposals, capital raising, joint ventures, limited partnerships, general commercial contracts, insolvency and debt restructuring.
Michael’s sector experience includes private equity, agri-business, transport, information technology, tourism and leisure, property investment and development, financial services, manufacturing and retail.
He is the current chair of Cavell Leitch’s Board of Directors, is a member of the Institute of Directors and INSOL and has been admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of England and Wales (non-practising).
