Rodney is a highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who advises businesses, investors, and high-growth companies across New Zealand. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring and strategic business growth, across a variety of business sectors including technology, food & beverage, tourism, technology, healthcare, financial services, and agribusiness.

He works closely with clients across the full business lifecycle – from establishment and governance through to expansion, investment, acquisition and exit. Rodney has significant experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and capital raising.
