She has worked in the legal profession since 1998, in Christchurch, Sydney and London, mainly in the areas of property, commercial and business.

Shannon is a Cavell Leitch returnee, having first started in 2004 and has returned a few times in between travelling the globe and having children.

As a working mum, she is appreciative of Cavell Leitch’s flexible working policy so she can balance the demands of work and family life.
