Sales off the plans

Once we’ve completed the subdivision of your land, our team of experts will then help you complete the on-sale of the new titles to your purchasers, including preparing the sale contracts and dealing with any issues which pop up along the way.

Land developments

As well as subdividing properties we’re able to assist with:

Freeholding cross-lease properties
Creating and administrating unit titles and body corporate properties.
Creating and enforcing well-prepared easements over your land or neighbouring properties.
Completing boundary adjustments.
Advising you in respect to Public Works Act notices and assisting you with your negotiations with the Council or NZTA.
Leasing or constructing buildings on the developed land.
