Mykhaela Meager

Mykhaela leads the finance team. She oversees core processes such as billing, accounts payable and receivable, trust accounting, reconciliations and reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy.

In addition to managing our finance team, Mykhaela also plans and executes projects such as system implementation, process redesigns, audits, and system efficiency. She collaborates closely with the Operations team, Project team and external partners to align operational execution with business objectives, resolve any system issues, and ensure our process guides are accurate and effective.
