Rhian is the sole in-house Marketing Specialist for Cavell Leitch. She has honed her skills in developing and implementing effective marketing activities that drive growth and build brand awareness.

At Cavell Leitch, Rhian is responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's goals and objectives. She handles all aspects of the firm's marketing efforts. This includes; social media management, EDM marketing, copywriting and content creation, creating client-facing documents and tender proposals, creating marketing automations, communicating with external providers and clients, collaborating with internal staff on campaigns and blog posts, managing a marketing budget and paid ads, SEO and website maintenance, as well as end to end event management.
